Best bets for Aug. 17-18
Looks like nice weather for yard sales this weekend. No doubt lots of folks will be out and about, getting those last-minute college items or back-to-school shopping for younger ones.
While you’re out, check out these sales:
A HUGE yard sale in the Etters area of Newberry Township is today through Friday, 8-1 p.m. This one’s a multi-family sale. Follow the signs from Newberrytown.
Springvale’s Community Yard Sale in Red Lion is Saturday started at 8 a.m. And there’s baked goods.
A multi-family sale at 6857 Reynolds Mill Road in Seven Valleys is today through Saturday.
Saturday is the annual York Township Lions Club & Recreation Dept. yard sale with more than 80 vendors. This one is from 8-1p.m. at the York Township Park in Spry.
Another sale is the Springwood Development at 2725 Meadow Cross Way on the east end. It’s Saturday only, 8-3.
Westgate Condos on the west end is having its community yard sale Saturday from 8-2. No early birds!
